Golf Tournament led by David Podmore

On the 8th May our 4 intrepid golfers formed the Brockenhurst Probus Team to compete with other local Probus Teams at New Forest Golf Club. Our team of David Podmare (captain), Martin Lockwood, Peter Hebard did not win the team award but Martin proved that we have potential by winning an individual trophy shown below. It certainly compares with the European Cup in size. Having won the team award 2 years ago we are certainly competitive. Martin being presented with the Brock Trophy by Les Del Nevo the Barton Chairman. It was a well run sociable event which after 3 years is becoming an annual fixture.
