Adrian's Summer Tea Party 11th August 2024

 

Not having learned from his previous declaration of a tea party when Kay wrote to the National Press to make a point.

 

Another event was held last Sunday. It was again a feast of cakes to behold. There were 55 members and partners in attendance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. The weather was warm and sunny but most were able to find some shade in the wooded garden.

All helpers were exhausted by the end of the day. Adrian had recovered by Tuesday to Chair the August Probus meeting.

Since no one remembered to take photos in my absence I have republished the 2022 tea party photos to remind people of the venue. Many thanks to Adrian and Kay for hosting a very successful event and all hard work catering for 55 people.
